This a low to mid-range power system with a ½ mile range. This allows you to have your dog off leash for a good ½ mile yet completely under your command, perfect for off-leash training. It has all the three levels of stimulation for which Dogtra is the industry leader i.e. Nick, Constant and Pager.
Intensity of each of these levels can also be varied, in the range of 0 to 127. Collar strap is a 3/4 inch in size and extremely light on your dog’s neck. No bothersome external antennae, yet the reception is impeccable at both the transmitter and receiver end.
The transmitter of Dogtra 7000M is equipped with buttons for the three different stimulations and a LCD screen. The screen is a boon for night time training and allows you to easily see which types of stimulation have been applied. It also shows the battery power.
The three stimulations are:
- Nick – A momentary burst of electrical pulse
- Constant- A continuous electrical pulse as long as the button is pressed, up to 12 seconds.
